TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Check-in Time: 02:00 PM / Check-out Time: 12:00 NN
- Early check-in and Late Check-out is charged PHP 250.00 per hour per room (Depends on room availability)
- Check-in before 06:00 AM and Check-out after 06:00 PM corresponds to overnight rate additional (Depends on room availability)
- Over and above maximum capacity including bed down, a corresponding charge of PHP 900 per extra bed/person per night shall apply.
- By 08:00 PM, only the maximum allowable registered guests can stay in the Any visitors staying beyond 08:00 PM will be charged PHP 900.00 per person.
- Only registered guests are allowed to use the hotel facilities such as swimming pool and Regular rates will apply to visitors of guest who will use such facilities.

- Parties, outside catering service inside guestrooms, reconfiguration of the room’s furniture and fixtures, videoke/karaoke devices, storage of durian fruits, use of prohibited drugs, and pets are strictly not
- The hotel reserves the right to check the room, after the announcement of check out from the Maximum of 10 minutes, for housekeeping to check the room and give “all clear” signal to the desk.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or send out guests/visitors as deemed necessary.
- Any damage or lost to property will be charged.
NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A refund of 50% of the deposit amount will be granted if cancellations are made at least fifteen (15) days’ prior check-in date; no refund
- No rebooking and cancellation allowed for promo rates.
- No refund and rebooking for in-house guests in case of shortened
- Failure of the guest/s to arrive by midnight on the check-in date will be considered as “No Show” and reservation will be automatically cancelled without refund.
